A pioneer in developing a “full-potential” product portfolio from sugarcane, we were the first sugar manufacturer in India to start eco-friendly cogeneration.
With a much lower capital outlay than power plants of a similar vintage, we power turbines from steam extracted from Bagasse, a by-product of the sugar manufacturing process.
Currently, our cogeneration capacity is 95.5 MWH, furthering our goal to be a leader in eco-friendly power generation.
